Employees

When you delete your account as an employee, your user data will be permanently removed from our system. This means all personal information, records, and associated data cannot be recovered.

Technicians

If you are a technician, deleting your account will not permanently delete your information. Your account will be deactivated and hidden from all company records, but some data may be retained for reporting, compliance or auditing purposes. You will no longer have access to the platform, and your information will not be visible to other users.

Company

Only administrators can delete the company. To do so, go to the Company Profile page from the dashboard menu. On the company profile page, scroll down to find the Delete Company button. You will be asked to confirm this action. Deleting your company will permanently delete all company data, including all associated users, jobs, inventory, techs, and records. This action is irreversible and all techs and company information cannot be recovered.

How to Delete

  1. Go to your profile page by clicking your avatar or name in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Click the Delete Account button at the bottom of your profile page.
  3. Confirm your choice. Your account will be deleted according to the rules above.
  4. If you are an administrator and wish to delete your company, go to the Company Profile page and click the Delete Company button. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove all company data.
